The company provides the management services
for Te Runanga, monitors and relays the instructions of Te Runanga
to Ngati Ruanui Holdings Corporation Ltd, Ngati Ruanui Development
Corporation Ltd and will carry out any other duties Te Runanga
directs.
Specifically:
- it oversees registration of descendants
- it arranges collation of reports, audits, and
required accountability documents for Ngati Ruanui Holdings
Corporation Ltd and Ngati Ruanui Development Corporation Ltd.
- it facilitates the provision of regular
newsletters and information pieces
- it acts as the facilitator of elections and
as Returning officer for elections
