Mokopuna experience learning that promotes knowledge about belonging and identity.

They are exposed to the dialect of Taranaki through the involvement of kaumātua and whānau. Mokopuna are developing an understanding about their roles and responsibilities as tangata whenua when they participate in pōwhiri. They comfortably perform mōteatea and demonstrate a sound understanding of tikanga and kawa of their iwi.
